About Touch Membership
Touch Membership is for Touch Rugby only, you don’t need to be part of the full Rugby Union teams, and you can still be a member of another club elsewhere. It’s a simple way to be part of Deepings RFC while enjoying the social, non‑contact side of the game.

Touch Members need to register on the RFU system (more information here) for insurance and safeguarding purposes, but they don’t hold voting rights at the club AGM. This keeps things straightforward while ensuring everyone is properly covered and included.

What the Club Provides:
Floodlit pitches for evening sessions
Access to toilets, showers and changing rooms
Qualified first aiders and safeguarding officers
DBS‑checked coaching volunteers
Equipment and balls
Clubhouse access and Monday night bar opening
Everything is in place to make Touch Rugby safe, enjoyable and welcoming for all.
