Touch Rugby at Deepings Rugby Club

Fancy a fun, fast paced way to stay active? Come along to our weekly Touch Rugby sessions at Deepings Rugby Club, running every Friday evening from 6pm!

Touch rugby strips away the tackling but keeps all the excitement: think quick passing, clever running lines, and plenty of tries. It's a brilliant way to build fitness, teamwork, and rugby skills in a relaxed, social environment.

Open to all ages (8 years and up), whether you're a seasoned player, a complete beginner, or a parent wanting to join in alongside the kids, everyone is welcome. No experience necessary, just bring trainers, a bottle of water, and a smile!
