At U7, our Dragons begin to understand that rugby is a team game. They're learning to pass, to catch, to run into space and, just as importantly, to wait their turn and celebrate someone else's try as loudly as their own.

Teamwork and Enjoyment remain at the heart of everything, but we start introducing Discipline in its simplest form: listening, following instructions, and playing fair.

Confidence is growing, one session at a time.
