We are committed to providing an inclusive, ego-free environment and everyone at the club is welcome to contribute in their own way.

Under 5s to Under 8s play Tag Rugby with contact introduced at under 9 level. A progression of new skills such as rucking, mauling and scrums are introduced at later age groups.

From U12 to U15 our teams are building up to the full complement of 15 players in the team by U14 and begin to learn to compete, typically in friendly matches. By U16, the matches become more competitive as the players prepare for Colts rugby at U17 to U18.

We play in a number of friendlies and festivals throughout the season with other local clubs. Training and match days are on Sunday Mornings, the Minis & Juniors play at Deepings Rugby Union Football Club, Spalding Road from 10am-12pm.
