The Devils had all the ball, but not the points....
The Devils controled the play for 80% of the match, but they were unable to close out the game and missed manu opportunities to score.
But this is a very much re-vamped side and experiance on the pitch will give the ladies the edge as the season progresses.
The Deepings try scorers were Rachel Marshall & Captain Gemma Hempstead.
The match was stopped for 45 minutes to await an ambulance for Emma Gibson. Emma went over on her ankle and broke it she received treatment at Peterborough Hospital, we all wish her a speedy recovery.
