Hitchin v Deeping Devils

The RFU decided to award the Deeping ladies a win in their first match of the season. After travelling down to Hitchin on Sunday afternoon they arrived at the ground to discover that the Hitchin Ladies had decided not to turn up for the fixture as they could not field a team. As they had not notified the away team of this in good time Deepings picked up the three points with out touching the ball.
