In a break from the league the Deepings IXV and IIXV merged for the trip to West Norfolk. The mix team were given a good test as The Kings Lynn team stretched the defence at times and used some effective set piece play to score four tries.
Deepings hooker Ali Shaw though was a try machine running four of Deepings eight tries and the well rested boot of fly half Nick Dobie returned to form with seven out of successful conversions. Prop Gareth Silverwood put in a Man of the Match performance.
