With the Maxey Car Show taking place Saturday, 15th August, we are making a final call for volunteers to help represent Deepings RUFC and keep this fantastic local event running smoothly.

How You Can Help
We need a team of adults and younger players to assist with two key tasks on the day:

Taking ticket money at the entrance gates.

Directing parking for both classic car exhibitors and the general public.

You don’t need to commit to the whole day—just one hour of your time makes a massive difference! Shift cover is needed between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, with the busiest period being the morning.

The Perks
To say thank you for giving your time, all volunteers will receive:

Free entry to the show (ideal for petrolheads and car enthusiasts!).

Complimentary food and drink throughout your shift.

Year after year, organisers and visitors pass on glowing compliments about how polite, helpful, and hard-working our members and youth players are. The donations we receive from assisting at events like this directly support the club and keep our facilities running for the season ahead.
