Following the fantastic turnout and success of our recent T1 Non-Contact Rugby and U13s/U14s trial sessions, Deepings RUFC is thrilled to announce more trial dates for this summer! We've been absolutely delighted to welcome so many fresh faces to the club, and we want to keep that momentum going by giving everyone plenty of notice to get involved.

Whether your child is completely new to the sport or looking to develop their skills, we invite you to come down and experience what makes our club so special.

Summer Trial Session Details
We are running sessions across two weekends in July. Check the schedules below to find the right slot for your child:

Sunday 19th July
Age Groups: U7, U8, U9, U13, U14, and U15

Sunday 26th July
Age Groups: U9, U13, U14, and U15

Session Timings & Info
Start Time: 10:00 AM (Both dates)

U7, U8, and U9: 1-hour sessions

U13, U14, and U15: 90-minute sessions

How to Register: No need to book in advance! Simply register on the day. We just ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to complete a simple registration form.

We don't believe in leaving anyone warming the bench. Our inclusive strategy is designed to build confidence, sharpen skills, and foster an incredible, supportive team culture where every child feels valued.
