The Touch Rugby Continues to Grow with the Free Summer Sessions for All.

A fantastic turnout each week, players young and old came together for a fun and fully supported session under the guidance of our coaching team.

Touch Rugby has been part of Deepings RUFC for many years, and it remains one of the most inclusive ways to get involved in the sport. Our sessions are open to children and adults, complete beginners, families, and experienced players alike. Whether you’ve played rugby before or have never picked up a ball, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive environment.

There may be other informal Touch Rugby meet‑ups happening elsewhere during the summer. While anyone is free to enjoy a casual game of rugby in a park, it’s important for players and parents to understand that only Deepings RUFC’s official sessions are RFU‑backed, insured, safeguarded, and run by qualified, DBS‑checked coaches with access to proper facilities.
