The countdown is on for one of the biggest highlights of the local summer calendar, and Deepings RUFC is proud to be backing the Deeping Raft Race once again!

As a club built by and for the local community, we love seeing our town come together for a day of brilliant fun, inventive craft designs, and plenty of friendly competition along the River Welland. Whether you’re braving the waters on a homemade vessel or cheering from the riverbank with a cold drink, it’s always a fantastic day out for the whole family.

Community spirit is at the very heart of everything we do at Deepings RUFC. From our grassroots youth teams to our senior squad, we know how much local support means—and that’s why we’re throwing our full support behind the organisers, volunteers, and brave paddlers taking part this year. We'll be in the water helping the rafts out at High Locks and at the end of the course. We will also be on dry land with our 'scrum half net' so bring the kids along for a go!
