Mini and Junior players must register on the RFU Game Management System, it takes just a few minutes to complete.

The RFU's Regulation 15 requires that all Age-Grade players must be registered with a Club. Registration needs to be completed, at the latest, 45 days after an Age-Grade player starts their season.

Your young player’s involvement in rugby is very important to us and annual registration, which is a mandatory requirement, helps the RFU target support accordingly. Please note that registration is separate to your Club membership.

Age Grade Registration also helps us understand up-to-date playing numbers throughout the year, which can be vital in the planning and implementation of the playing calendar.

By registering, you help reduce volunteer workload and enable your child to have a rugby record for life, as their data transfers with them each year.

You can now renew registration for the 2023-24 season. Renewal of an Age Grade registration is a quick three-click process:

• Click on the child you want to register in your own profile (if you cannot see your child, the button at the bottom of this email might help)
• Click renew registration once the child's profile is open
• Finally, click save at the top of the page

If you have any issues, you can find additional guidance here or visit the Community Rugby Help centre if you need to contact our support team.

Your help in registering your young players is greatly appreciated. The data and insights help to drive how the game is supported and shapes the rugby landscape for the benefit of all involved.

This season will see the introduction of the new lower tackle height across the community game, designed to reduce the risk of concussion. If you would like to find out more about the new tackle height please click on these links to access training and guidance.

Thank you for your continued interest in rugby and DRUFC.
