What is the First Contact Course?
This non-assessed, evening session is tailor-made for parents, volunteers, and senior players who want to help transition players safely into contact rugby. Whether you want to coach from the sidelines or referee the tackle area with confidence, this course delivers the practical skills you need in a relaxed, zero-pressure environment.
