Really good facilities, outstanding food, great rugby........

The MK parents really love your club so please extend our thanks especially to your people in the kitchen.

The followingwas passed on to us following a junior match on Sun, Jan 10, 2016.

Sincere thanks for your hospitality today because we all had a great day. The pitch was perfect, the game was exciting to watch and to have it all decided on one final conversion kick was fairly special.

Your guys played really well and for most of the match you had the advantage so the excitement from the MK parents at drawing level early in the second half and then again at the end was electric.

I am hoping that your injured guys recover soon but pleased that the game was clean given that it was really hard fought.

The MK parents really love your club so please extend our thanks especially to your people in the kitchen. Every away game we have played, the MK parents expect to grab a bacon roll (and sadly that is all MKRUFC will offer).

So they had all eaten breakfast before they arrived - but what you have on offer there is absolutely fantastic, the range of breakfast food and the quality was superb. If we play you at U14, I'm sure the MK parents will skip breakfast and go for your full English.! One parent even said that your sausage rolls are the best he has ever had.

So you have really good facilities, absolutely outstanding food, great pitch, and it was a splendid, evenly matched game decided on the width of a rugby post, and great weather - a brilliant game of Junior rugby all round.

Personally, this was one of my top games of the season because it was exciting to watch. We played Luton with a cliffhanger end but all of Luton were away so we were the only teams there with a game played on the first pitch right in front of the clubhouse which was special, we played Drifters in the Bucks Cup and got nailed 53-0 but the reception we had from Drifters was absolutely fantastic, I think this could have been the best game of the season all round.

Really great day guys, congratulations to all your players, proper Junior rugby played throughout...

Regards,
MKRUFC U13
