The meet time is the latest time to arrive, NOT the earliest, make the effort to get there 10 minutes before, make sure the water bottles are full and the shirts are out, home matches get the pitch out etc.

Arrive in a tracksuit, trainers and a Deepings RUFC t-shirt.

Post match we will all sit down to eat together (home games) and if appropriate/possible away games too, 1 hour after the whistle has gone.

Post match dress code is NO1's !(Suit or trousers and blazer, Club tie and shoes)
