The 136 mile round trip to Brackley bought Deepings their fifth straight win and moved them to third in the league table.
Another good solid performance from the IXV this week, with tries from Captain Dan Hainsworth and full back Guy Cunningham and Fly Half Nick Dobie adding the additional points with the boot, including a magnificent drop goal.
The postponed Hunts & Peterborough Cup match tales place at Linchfield Road this coming Saturday, 6th, Deepings v Thorney, kick off is at 14:00pm
