We are coming towards the end of the season, on the whole it has been a successful season throughout the club.
1st XV Just missing out on promotion after a good run since November still have 2 cup semi finals to play so let’s all get behind them and hope we have 2 cup finals to play.
Vets lots of rugby played this season which is great to see results have been mixed but the spirit within the side remains high with a tour to look forward to next month.
U15 Some great results and some great rugby has been played by the team, their performance against Stamford 2 weeks ago was a great game to watch and gives us great optimism for the future of the club.
Devils have had a very tough season, starting very strongly in the league they have since had a lot of games cancelled due to opposition failing to get sides. This as well as some injuries sustained to key players has meant that numbers are low at the moment. All credit to Jess and her squad that they are still training twice a week and recruiting hard for new players. Anyone that can spare some time to help the side out would be greatly appreciated be it for running training sessions or helping to manage the sides on match days.

U13 great to see a 2nd junior age group coming through the club unfortunately due to the poor weather their 1st festival had to be cancelled last week hopefully we can rearrange for later in the season. A great fundraiser was organised by this group which raised a lot of money towards the junior section of the club, well done to all involved.
The mini section continues to prosper lots of numbers for most of the age groups and results seem to be fantastic from the feedback I get on Sundays long may this continue and we can keep building for the future as “CLUB AS ONE”
Finally: As we are at this stage of the year we need to be organising presentation events and Dinners. We need to be putting together plans for what each section requires regarding trophies etc so that we can get this organised rather than leaving it until last minute.com
The agm is fast coming up and the committee have done a great job this year in trying circumstances a big thank you too all of those who have contributed. We need to be thinking about new blood on the committee to fill the positions we need to fill to ensure the smooth running of the club. Please volunteer to help your club move onwards into the future.
